EWB-UMCP started with a successful first day of campaigning by reaching over 10% of our goal in less than 24 hours! Thanks to all those who donated already! Together we can create a sustainable impact in the Ejere community in Addis Alem, Ethiopia.

Thanks to our generous donors, over $2,000 has been raised within 5 days of starting our campaign! These donations will not only help impact the 14,000 members of the Ejere community but will also offer UMD students transformative education experiences. Every donation, whether it be $1 or $500, helps us make an impact and brings us closer to our goal. Thanks to everyone who has donated to our cause so far!

EWB believes in a partnership between the student team and community we work with. We create minimum 5 year agreements with communities to build relationships and create lasting impact. We transfer the knowledge behind our designs to allow communities to become independent and implement sustainable designs in the future without foreign help.
Thank you to all those who have donated to our campaign so far. Without the support of our generous donors, we would not be able to create a lasting impact in the communities we work with around the world. Donate today to help us create this lasting impact in the Ejere community!

We made it to $4,000! Thanks to all our supporters for their generous donations! While our scalefunder page still lists a goal of $4,000, we are now reaching for a stretch goal of $5,000!
On average, each EWB project costs about $50,000. Our students and organization members work hard to raise this money through grants and other fundraising intiatives, but we ultimately rely on the generosity of our donors to fund these projects. Help us spread the word, and remember that even though the status bar indicates we've reached our goal, we still need your support!
